Additional Requests & Ancillary Services

We understand that our clients may have unique requirements or need expedited services. For specific requests and expedited services for individuals, an additional fee is assessed. These additional services ensure that all your specific needs are met with the highest level of efficiency and professionalism.

  • Recycled H-1B Clientele:

    For clients previously not selected in the H-1B cap lottery, we offer a specialized service to recycle these candidates. There is a $5,000 success fee if we successfully bring a client back to the original referral customer with work authorization.


Successful Placement of Candidates

Our success is measured by the successful placement of candidates within your organization. We offer two primary employment models to suit your needs:

For direct hires, our rate is 30% of the first-year salary. This fee is structured with 20% due upon the hire of the candidate and the remaining balance due 45 days after employment commences. This approach ensures that both parties are satisfied with the placement before finalizing the payment.

Direct Employment

For contract-based employment, our fee is 30% of the contracted rate. This provides flexibility for project-based roles or temporary positions while maintaining a consistent standard of talent quality.
