Your Role
As a recruiter working with Innovative Tech Dev. Agency, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Talent Identification
Utilize your network and expertise to find AI professionals who stand at the pinnacle of their fields.
Screening Process
Guide candidates through the intake process, ensuring they understand the requirements and benefits of the O-1A visa program.
Earn Per Candidate
Receive $50 for each successful applicant who fills out the candidate sheet and pays the administrative fee.
Commission-Based Compensation
This is a commission-based contracting opportunity. The more candidates you successfully refer who complete the immigration process, the more you earn.
